Dr. Ammarah Afzal is an Associate Professor of Surgery and a Consultant Breast Surgeon. She is the Incharge of the One Stop Breast Clinic and a core member of Surgical Unit I. Her friendly, caring, and nurturing nature makes her a trusted mentor and a safe space for her residents.
With over 10 years of experience in medical education and clinical practice, she has contributed extensively to undergraduate and postgraduate surgical training. She has a strong interest in community engagement and breast health awareness and has led numerous awareness initiatives across educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and media platforms, both within and beyond the city. She has also represented her department at various research workshops.
